The Department of Kaumarabhrithya offers complete care for children from the first day of conception till the attainment of complete physical and psychological maturity. Kaumarabhrithya incorporates fetal care, neonatology, preventive pediatrics, child nutrition along with management of various pediatric ailments. Department provides inpatient and outpatient care to respiratory disorders, Skin disease, Allergy, Gastrointestinal disorders, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD-constant disobedience & hostility), various genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, Learning Disability etc. Speciality clinic for Cerebral Palsy, Allergy and asthma are also functioning under the department.

Science of Ayurveda is always a shelter for children with various developmental disorders. Ayurveda has proved to improve all the four domains of development viz. Gross motor, Fine motor, Social, language and communication in differently abled children. Cerebral palsy clinic is functioning with an aim to improve the quality of life in special children. In addition to Cerebral palsy, clinic offer management for various genetic disorders, metabolic disorders and seizure.
We are providing high quality Ayurveda Management for Autism. Each Autistic child is unique. After assessing specialities and uniqueness of child specific treatment protocol will be adopted for each child. The treatment mainly focuses on Agni (digestive power), Dosha (vata, pitta and Kapha), gut micro biota and gut brain axis. The child will be evaluated before, after and during treatment for ensuring a positive outcome.
Learning Disability includes difficulty in writing/ reading/mathematical operations viz Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia respectively. Many drugs and therapies in Ayurveda proved for its action in enhancing cognition, memory and intellect. In many cases of Learning disability the child may be excellent in different areas but faces limitations in routine academic activities. The clinic is functioning with an aim to support children with learning Disability to overcome all the limitations that they are facing in academic activities. Mild to Moderate Learning Disability can be cured and a severe level can be brought down to moderate or mild based on the ethology of the condition.

The clinic offers management of various skin disorders including Eczema, psoriasis, Acne, ring worm infection etc. The treatment mainly focuses on restoring health of skin with internal cleansing and detoxification to prevent recurrence of ailments.
